Cosmographic Voyager

Bob Potts is one of my favorite artists and this piece is a more rugged version of his "Cosmographic Voyager". The way these pieces move through simple mechanical principles are truly special. This viking ship has functioning oars that are powered by an electric motor.

This project took over 100 hours and is made of steel, bronze, brass, wood.
